I have just completed a 4 bedroom licensed home in a rainforest which is 10.5 miles from Benque Viejo del Carmen, Cayo, Belize. The hardwood designed home has been built on the banks of the Macal River in the Mayan Mountains. The house features a mature Santa Maria hardwood tree, which the house is built around.

The off the grid accomodation has been built utilizing may Eco features including solar power, rain catchment water supply, Butane Fridge and an Eco friendly septic system. The 2,800 square foot structure features a full kitchen, master bedroom, guest room and two hotel rooms. The outdoor space is located 50 feet up the Santa Maria Tree and is also covered from the elements. The house has three (3) bathrooms equipped with showers, one shower is an outdoor shower. There is also a groomed trail to the waterfront.

Our manager provides exclusive servicing which can include meals, cleaning. laundry service,  tour connections, exclusive experiences on a dinner cruise on the Macal River, guided horseback riding through the Mayan Mountains and tours of the local Mayan Ruins.

The Casa Santa Maria is located in an Eco Village which is 132 acres, featuring gardens, recreation areas, wildlife, etc.
